The Job Placement Program at TCI is
designed to assist our trainees in finding
and retaining gainful employment and to
assist employers in hiring and retaining
qualified employees.

Employment goals are developed in
one-on-one counseling sessions based on
an individual's abilities and interests. Our
trainees participate in the following training
classes: job seeking/keeping skills,
interviewing skills, driver's education and
money management. When needed, the job
coach works alongside the trainee until the
trainee’s confidence level and related job
skills become sufficient. This is a free
service to the employer.
