Essential Functions:
Coordinate services of those referred for job development and job coaching; ensure client records are maintained in a timely and accurate manner; serve as liaison/advocate for client/families and other agencies regarding assigned clients; completion of necessary records for EIPD, LME/MCO and TCI; assure monthly documentation necessary to meet accreditation standards; surpervise assigned staff and complete documentation, records required of supervisors; serve as back up to Employment Specialis in job deveopment/ coaching clients; complete supplemental evaluation, if applicable, for appropriate refeerals when needed; serve on assigned committees/teams and meet work deadlines and performance/productivity quotas/requirements on schedule.

BA in human servies preferred but will consider extensive work experience; 1 year experience/equivalent working with people with disabilites/disadvantages
