Essential Functions:
1) Generate packing lists, parts and box labels
2)Â Generate customer prints and wire cut tags for kits
3)Â Create packages to correspond with POS orders
4)Â Account for all finished kits
5)Â Generate EMT/trough pull sheets for kit as required
6)Â Monitor stock levels for kits, notifying appropriate personnel
7)Â Monitor parts availability for kits, notifying Purchasing Department when parts are low
8)Â Monitor Demand Report for discrepancies
9)Â Maintain spreadsheet of completed kits/hours for management reports
10) Maintain completed POS forms with BOMs on file
11) Create and maintain open POS report, giving most recent information to supervisor
12) Maintain customer prints
13) Use computer system to close our purchase orders
14) Supervise assigned staff
15) Process written communication, i.e., memos, incident reports, etc.
16) Interface with Draka management
17) Coordinate and manage operation to ensure efficient work flow
General Duties
1)Â Meet work deadlines and performance/productivity quotas/requirements on schedule
2)Â Work cooperatively with staff, clients and personnel from other agencies/companies
3)Â Set a good personal example and serve as a positive role model for clients
4)Â Follow all agency administrative and personnel policies/procedures and work rules
5)Â Assist/perform other duties or special projects/assignments as requested
6)Â Maintain clean and safe work environment
7)Â Follow all quality standards/procedures
Requirements
Associates Degree; working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and AS400; five years experience in manufacturing environment with two years minimum in manufacturing planning
