Essential Functions:
Serve as the primary point of contact for construction sites involving building renovations and new construction. Manage and coordinate contractor services to support renovation work and new building construction. Establish and maintain inspection processes to ensure construction complies with applicable city and state requirements. Keep the President informed of meetings, deadlines, and other significant developments throughout the construction process. Maintain specialized customer tools and equipment as needed. Provide general handyman services as necessary and appropriate. Serve as the primary on-call contact for alarm related issues. Assist with ongoing maintenance needs for existing buildings and other company locations. Assist/perform other duties or special projects/ assignments as requested. Follow all standards/ procedures.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to coordinate contractors, track deadlines and communicate project updates effectively; experience in construction, renovation, facilities maintenance, or project coordination preferred; knowledge of building inspection processes and requirements for construction projects; general maintenance and handyman skills preferred and possess a valid driver's license and ability to comply with TCI's driver policy.
