Essential Functions:
Develop program activities to engage clients daily.
Create a monthly calendar of events to share with staff and families that has been approved by the president prior to the last week of each month for the upcoming month.
Plan, organize, gather materials/supplies needed, create workspace, and implement daily activities.
Maintain workspace, equipment, materials, and rooms regarding cleanliness, and sanitization.
Develop sites for client volunteering and/or experiences.
Plan monthly outings for the clients to participate in.
Complete required documentations for community/site experiences.
Transport client(s) as needed.
Attend necessary meetings in connection with clients served.
Serve on assigned committees.
Teach special classes as required (self-determination, health, etc.)
Demonstrate a passion for working with others, exhibit a positive attitude and enthusiasm for the job when working with adults with disabilities.
General Duties

Requirements
High School diploma; Associate Degree preferred. One-year experience/equivalent working with persons with disabilities/economically disadvantaged.
