Last Thursday, May 21, TCI Works was overwhelmed by the support shown at our Friendraiser held at Factory 633 in Rocky Mount. The evening was filled with smiling faces, great conversations, and so much encouragement from our community.
We were thrilled to see such a wonderful turnout and are incredibly thankful to everyone who came out to support our mission. From longtime supporters to new friends learning about TCI Works for the first time, the room was full of energy, generosity, and excitement for the future.
The event gave us the opportunity to share more about the work we do and the impact TCI Works continues to make in the lives of the individuals we serve through workforce development and community inclusion programs. It was inspiring to see so many people come together to support those efforts.
We also want to give a heartfelt thank you to our sponsors, volunteers, board members, donors, and everyone who helped make the evening possible. Events like this truly take a village, and we could not do it without the support of our community.
We are excited to continue building momentum as we look forward to the opening of Lunchbox Works deli later this summer. We cannot wait to welcome the community into this new space and continue creating opportunities for the individuals we serve.
While the Friendraiser may be over, we are already looking ahead to our Gala celebrating TCI Works’ 60th Anniversary on September 19, 2026, at The Gateway Center. We look forward to seeing the same incredible community support as we continue growing the mission of TCI Works together.
Thank you again, Rocky Mount, for showing up for TCI Works in such a big way. Please be sure to follow us out on Facebook and Instagram! Your support means more than you know!
